The City of Austell offers residents an easy and secure way to view, print, and pay their utility bill, sanitation, and property tax/stormwater bill online. We support electronic bill presentment (viewing) and payment because it is more convenient for residents and better for our environment.

Payment Types Accepted
You may pay by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or by electronic check.
Convenience Fees
Online payments will incur a convenience fee. The City of Austell receives your payment amount. Convenience fees cover various administrative costs associated with accepting payments and are non-refundable.
Payment by VISA debit card: flat fee of $3.95
Payment by electronic check: $1.05
All other credit card types: 2.95% of total due
The convenience fee is automatically calculated and is shown on the payment page before you submit your payment for processing. Convenience fees will appear as a separate charge from the bill amount on your credit card or bank statement.
