We are pleased to offer an enhanced service request to report issues around the City of Austell. This improved service will allow you to enter a service request or to report a concern from the convenience of your computer. Once you have entered your request or concern, you will receive a request number. This request number will also be sent to you by e-mail. You will be able to follow the status of your request until it has been closed. Additionally, you will be able to see any responses that have been added by staff.
